1. Use your real VATSIM ID and e-mail. But not your Vatsim password
Not complying with this will lead to cancellation of registration.

2. All flight times are UTC , All times should be reported in Universal
Coordinated Time(UTC).

3. Ensure you have All charts ready including SID/STARS available at THIS LINK (Official Airports Authority chart link)

4. Use only relevant transmissions on the frequency .
Use of Voice is the preferred mode of communication
Please be patient if the frequency is busy , and keep
communications brief .

5. If an instruction is not clear, please don’t hesitate to ask the ATC to
clarify! It will make things smooth for you as well as other pilots.

6. Try to stick to the scheduled time. Please Login at least 20 min before
Departure time, and take clearance at least 10 min before departure

7. Please use prefferred routes for your flights.

8. On initial contact report the latest ATIS info received.

9.. The use of time acceleration is strictly prohibited.

10. Please try to use the aircraft as specified. You can use other aircraft of
the same family(eg. A321, A319 instead of A320) or any other
aircraft only if it has the same performance data

11. You can book more than one flight provided that the flight times of
the selected flights do not clash. Therefore it is advisable to keep
enough gap(30mins) between the flights to avoid delays.

12. All push back and taxi instruction to be executed immediately,any
expected delay should be reported
